Wedding time with pearls and silver

I was asked few days ago to design some bride accessories for her wedding.

Few month ago she bought one of my bracelet creation and wanted more thinner ones to have a set.

I created earrings and a hair net woven with silver wire and pearls

Rose hips grows in chain mail jewelry

I designed a simple causal bright set using chain mail and coral beads.

The bracelet is full of beads hanging from the outside of the weave.

I found very decorative to embellish it with beads.

I  like to use the simple weave of chain mail in a pyramidal shape.

This time I chose to use red  coral beads matches with red leather for the pendant.

The earrings are smaller but in the same design.

Enjoy looking or buying them.

Oscar awards

Bello Modo shop proposed a challenge based on the Oscar Awards‘s dresses. Each designer can list a jewelry suitable for one of the dresses from the party. My option was Penelope Cruise’s dress. Grey and elegant. I created a dark red necklace, mother pearls flat cabochons encased in a chevron technique.

Wheels of beauty

Do you remember the old churches you visited in your childhood in the small villages, at the country side?

I liked the wheels of the old medieval bell towers.

I like how they are interlocked , small and big ones, turning to move the  hands of the clock or the statues.

I designed such a nice link of circles – wheels imagining how my jewelry are moving and breathing.

The red and white day is approaching. The day when most of people remember they love. I say we love everyday and remembering this makes us breathing, feeling, living. But Valentine’s day is a coutume so let’s keep it like this – a pretext to give and receive presents. I present you some of my jewelry work for this celebration mixing the specific colors with the valuable materials as Swarovski crystals, silver wire, Rivoli.

Colors and crystals

Hello, Today I want to share my most welcome bracelet for the last 2 weeks.

I used more the 100 pieces of Czech crystals Р8mm facetted and I crowded them around a chain. I got a very live full colorful and shine  bracelet.

This bracelet is nice to assort it with a classic skirt and coat but  it fit s great to a jeans and sweater.

Leave you to try it out!

Red coral bright and elegant

The holiday is gone, the special dresses will be ¬†locked back in the closet and he casual suits are “welcome” again.

Any woman becomes easily bored by her “old”clothes and wants new ones. There are moments when getting new clothes every day could be a little difficult :D, but it is easier and more creative to decorate what you have them with jewelry.

I designed these smart casual earrings using the chain mail weave Рorganized and repetitive finished with red rice beads of coral. I created a diamond shape to bring a feminine touch to the jumper rings.

There are also pendant and bracelet options using this weave and beads decoration I am going to tell you about next time.

Take care and assort you well!

Tradition here and there

In the down of the first day of the year, the young peasants cross the villages wishing and singing for bearings and health.

they are dressed in the their traditional clothes and they carry a whip to hit the earth for good crops and a “bunch of flowers” called Sorcova. The flowers are paper made and are very colorful. They sing wishes songs and bless the audience with the flowers. It is a good fortune sign to have a Sorcova in house and to received the waits.

I wanted to make myself such a Sorcova and I used folding paper techniques to create it. As I am in love with Origami art from  my childhood I used it to create my flowers. I made them in this Japanesse way and I attached them on a wooden stick as they  are in Romania. Here you are my original mixed cultures Sorcova. I hope you like it.
